And now for Fall 2010: Ladies, it's time to step out of your busy week and take time for yourself. Whether you're retired, managing a young family, or working in the business world, join us to refresh, renew and re-energize yourself by attending the FRIDAYS FOR ME AT PALM KEY series this Fall:
THE PROGRAM: We will meet on Fridays at 1 pm for lunch and will end at 5:30 pm Our general outline looks like this.
1 pm Healthy lunch
1:30-3 pm Topic of the Day presented by Barbara
3-3:45 pm Porch-sitting, silent walking, journaling
3:45-5 pm Conversation, listening and sharing
5-5:30 pm Circle of Women
REGISTRATION: Come for one gathering for $50 (includes lunch), or register for the series of five sessions for $225. We expect to limit registrations.
September 10 Pinch me, I must be dreaming!
September 17 I wish I may, I wish I might....
September 24 He loves me, he loves me not.
October 1 Is it a belly-ache or intuition?
October 8 But I might need it someday.
